Peer-Support Meetings for Young Adults with IBD
Hosted monthly, each session will be based on a specific IBD-related topic as a way for us all to come together virtually and create a safe space to share our emotions, experiences, and ever-evolving IBD journeys. These community sessions are a safe space to talk about your personal experiences, hear from others, and both receive and offer support. Through the conversations that take place, you hope you’ll feel empowered in your diagnosis and reassured that you have a community behind you that truly understands what you’re going through. Please note that 1) these meetings are intended for young adults with IBD, 2) this is a safe space, and there is no pressure to speak during the meetings; you’re welcome to just listen in too!
Meetings are held bi-monthly on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. PT/ 8 p.m. ET. Request to join here by sending us a message with your name and email!
Please note that emails with Zoom links will be sent two days before and one hour before each meeting!
